Except as explicitly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, publish, display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, systematically scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its underlying data feeds without the prior written consent of BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC. No license, title, or ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement, except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research purposes.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, data providers, or services that are not owned or controlled by BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC and its officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
Access to certain features may require a subscription or approved account. Subscription terms, pricing, features, and access levels may change over time. BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate your access when necessary for security, misuse, operational, business, or legal reasons, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hunterdon County/New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Billing policies then in effect. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds made through Google Play are governed by Google's applicable policies, and BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC does not directly control Google's billing, refund, or account systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent; we may assign this Agreement without restriction. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Data Sources sections below, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC regarding the Service.

This Privacy Policy explains how BIOVIEW CAPITAL LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with BioPharma Edge℠. It applies to information collected through the App and does not apply to third-party sites or services we do not control.
Information you provide: account and registration details (such as name and email address), authentication credentials, subscription status, support and help communications, notification preferences, and other information you choose to submit.

Information from third parties: limited data received from analytics providers, crash-reporting tools, or authentication providers if you sign in using a third-party service (for example, Sign in with Apple).
Information is used to operate the Service, maintain account access, process subscriptions, personalize settings, provide customer support, improve reliability and security, monitor performance, develop new features, and comply with legal obligations. You may delete your account and associated personal information directly within the App (More > Account > Account Deletion > Delete Account), or by contacting us at support@biopharmaedge.ai. BioPharma Edge℠ is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older and is not directed to or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly, unless retention is required by applicable law.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction.
With your permission, we may send push notifications about catalyst events, alerts, or Service updates. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
